Lady Shop Manager – Tailoring Shop

We are looking for a responsible and friendly Lady Shop Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our tailoring shop in Perumbakkam, Chennai.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operations of the tailoring shop.
• Welcome customers and understand their tailoring and alteration requirements.
• Take accurate measurements and record customer orders.
• Coordinate with tailors to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Follow up on pending and completed stitching orders.
• Handle customer queries and provide good customer service.
• Manage billing, order entries and basic cash handling.
• Maintain the shop, display area and customer records neatly.
• Coordinate delivery and collection of completed garments.
• Maintain good relationships with regular customers.
• Help promote the tailoring shop and encourage repeat customers.
• RequirementsFemale candidates preferred.
• Previous experience in a tailoring shop, boutique, fashion store or garment business is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of ladies' tailoring, measurements and alterations will be an advantage.
• Must be responsible, punctual and well-organised.
• Basic computer/mobile knowledge preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with tailors and manage multiple customer orders.
• Candidates living in or near Perumbakkam, Medavakkam, Sholinganallur, Sithalapakkam or nearby areas are preferred.
