Designation - Laser machine Operator

Qualification - BE/Diploma/ ITI. (Mechanical or Automobile background will added advantage)

Shift - Rotational

Experience – Min 3+ years

Salary – 20000 to 35000 Based on experience

Employment – Permanent

Skill – Hypcut, Cypcut, capable to operate more than 12KW machines.

Must have experience in handle machine maintenance and to resolve the machine/cutting related issues.

ROLES

& RESPONSIBILITY

· Edit the cutting programs if require.

· Loading material in bed as per the plan with the help of helpers.

· Maintain cutting quality, first part and random part inspections.

· When shift closed, Separate & pick parts from skeletons and stack onto pallet/containers or specified locations as per layout quantity.

· Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to next shift operator & superior.

· Night shift operator must be taking responsibility for entire plant production.

· Must be maintain all necessary records.

· Perform general maintenance, keeping machines and work environment clean.

· Follow all standard safety regulations.

· Follow the company regulations and Suggest opinion to kaizen activities.

· Utilize the capital equipments promptly.
