Legal Manager_Loan Against Property-Hardship Assistance Unit_Chennai
- Responsible for managing legal matters related to Loan Against Property within the Hardship Assistance Unit. - Oversee legal compliance and regulatory requirements associated with loan documentation and recovery. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure legal risk mitigation and support loan processing. - Handle legal documentation, dispute resolution, and provide legal advice related to loan agreements. - Work closely with the Hardship Assistance Unit to manage cases requiring legal intervention. - Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant laws in all legal dealings. - Support the organization in minimizing legal risks and protecting company interests in loan-related matters.Job role
