Job Description

LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Company: FR8 Logistics

Work Mode: Work From Home

Role Type: Incentive-Based

Maximum Monthly Incentive: Up to ₹25,000

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive truck requirements from customers through the Team Leader.
  • Check truck availability according to customer requirements.
  • Coordinate and confirm suitable trucks for trips.
  • Maintain communication with customers and provide regular updates.
  • Coordinate with customers and truck drivers until the trip is completed.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Female candidates only.
  • Age: 19–35 years.
  • Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduates can also apply.
  • Languages: Tamil and basic English are mandatory.
  • Basic communication and coordination skills.

Benefits & Support

  • Candidates must arrange a blank SIM from a shop.
  • SIM recharge and monthly internet allowance will be provided by the company.

Working Hours

  • 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
  • 5.5 working days per week.
  • 1-hour lunch break.

Important Note: There is no fixed monthly salary and no fixed target. Earnings depend on successful truck coordination, as per the company's incentive structure.
