Manager Operations

·      Monitor and ensure process compliance to enhance existing processes and improve efficiency by designing processes and updating them.

·      To develop proposal for new Process designs, getting it approved by the head of operations and similarly making changes in SOP and releasing those updates.

·      To administer SOP Audits & Smart Audit, as well as making changes in those formats from time to time.

·      To design process for tracking of defectives.

·      To improve store performance and stores profitability with the help of frequent audits.

·      Define a process for centralized printing of Controlled documents like Cash book, Tax Invoice, RGP, NRGP, GAN, and MEP. Also define process and format of Log book for maintaining records for centralized printing.

·      To design the RGP process, checklist for all the managers in store to ensure that the stores merchandise is maintained as per the company standards.

·      Analyse the findings of Ernst & Young audit, prepare action plans and discuss these findings in the MOR (Monthly Operations Review).

·      Follow up with area managers/ NSO for conducting audits like Smart Audit and SOP audit.

·      To prepare and present SOP and SMART audit findings in the MOR, thereby helping the stores indentify lapses and scope in improvement of processes.  

·      Prepare PPT & Excel on Process, its Compliance & Action Plans.

·      Provide support to store and the Distribution center during sale period and run online marketing campaigns.
