MEP BIM MODELER

*Position:* MEP BIM Modeler

*Location:* Ambattur OT, Chennai

*Employment Type:* Full-Time | Office-Based

*Joining:* *Immediate Joiner Preferred*

*Job Responsibilities:*

• Develop and maintain *MEP BIM models* using *Autodesk Revit MEP*.

• Work on *HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and Electrical* BIM modelling as required.

• Prepare *shop drawings, layouts, sections, schedules and coordinated drawings*.

• Perform *clash detection and coordination* using *Navisworks*.

• Coordinate MEP models with *Architectural and Structural* models.

• Review drawings and models for *accuracy, quality and BIM standards*.

• Update models based on design changes and project requirements.

• Support *BIM coordination and quantity take-offs* when required.

*Required Skills:*

• Strong knowledge of *Revit MEP – Mandatory*

• Working knowledge of *Navisworks and AutoCAD*

• Good understanding of *MEP systems and construction drawings*

• Knowledge of *BIM standards and LOD*

• Good coordination and communication skills.

*Qualification:*

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in *Mechanical / Electrical / Civil* or a relevant discipline.

*Experience:*

*2–5 years* of relevant MEP BIM Modelling experience preferred.

*Preferred Candidates:*

*Immediate Joiners* and candidates who can attend an interview at short notice.
