Merchant Relationship Executive – GPay Project
📍 Job Location: Chennai
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | Field-Based
💰 Salary Package: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 Per Month
🎓 Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
👨💼 Experience Required: Minimum 1.5 Years in PhonePe
Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing GPay merchants.
Conduct regular field visits to merchant outlets.
Identify inactive merchants and drive reactivation.
Support merchants with payment, QR code and device-related issues.
Promote GPay value-added products, including Soundpod and Goldie.
Maintain accurate merchant visit records and daily activity updates in the NetOne application.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience in PhonePe.
Hands-on experience in merchant relationship management or field operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong merchant engagement and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage an assigned merchant portfolio.
Preferred Industry
PhonePe – Merchant Management / Field Sales / UPI Payments
