MIS EXECUTIVE – REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY
Job Location: Chennai
Experience: 3–7 Years
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced MIS Executive with strong analytical and reporting skills, preferably from the Real Estate or Construction industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain project-wise sales, booking and collection reports.
- Prepare payment follow-up and outstanding reports.
- Generate management dashboards and performance reports.
- Consolidate data from Sales, CRM, Accounts and Operations departments.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure timely reporting.
- Track targets, achievements and business performance.
Required Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.).
- Strong MIS reporting and data analysis skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Experience with ERP / CRM software preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Candidate Preference:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience.
- Real Estate / Construction industry experience preferred.
- Male candidates preferred where supported by a genuine job-related requirement.
