Job Description

Centralized Data Management: Collect and organize daily operational, sales, and administrative data into structured master records.

End-to-End GeM Operations: Handle total Government e-Marketplace (GeM) tasks—registration, product listing, bidding, order processing, and bill submission.

Daily & Monthly Reporting: Generate accurate Daily Management Reports (DMR), weekly KPI updates, and monthly leadership dashboards.

Excel Automation: Use XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros to automate routine data entry and reporting work.

Data Audit & Accuracy: Regularly audit records to remove errors, eliminate duplicate entries, and ensure 100% data integrity.

Portal & Database Maintenance: Keep internal ERP/SAP systems and digital portals updated with real-time operational data.

Performance & Target Tracking: Monitor sales targets, order fulfillment, and procurement pipelines to highlight bottlenecks.

Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams to collect raw data on time.

Ad-Hoc Data Analysis: Prepare quick custom data reports to support management in urgent business decisions.

Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain a organized archive of GeM invoices, order records, and historical business reports for auditing.
