ROLE SUMMARY (PURPOSE)
Responsible for end-to-end disbursement process for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). The role ensures TAT adherence, process compliance, risk mitigation, and smooth coordination with Sales, Credit, Legal, Valuations, and Branch teams to enable timely disbursals.

End-to-end ops knowledge: documentation, legal, technical, CERSAI, disbursement P&L ownership and ability to balance growth vs risk vs compliance Large team leadership across geographies + strong stakeholder management

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Graduate. MBA/PGDM in Finance/Marketing preferred
14-20 years in Banks/NBFCs/HFCs with exposure to Sales + Credit + Ops Proven track record of scaling HL/LAP business with healthy portfolio
