Job Description

Sales support work
- Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on quotations and orders (phone and WhatsApp)
- Prepare quotations and share catalogues on WhatsApp
- Update the enquiry list in Excel
Accounts work
- Daily entries in Tally / Zoho Books
- Sales and purchase invoices
- Follow up with customers and vendors for payments
This is an office job with customer follow-up, not a call-centre job.
Who can apply
- 1 year or more of sales support, customer follow-up or accounts experience (either one is fine)
- Basic Excel. Basic Tally is a plus for accounts.
- Good Tamil and workable English
- Living near Parrys / Chennai-1 preferred
- Can join immediately
Salary: Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000 per month fixed, plus incentive, based on experience.
