Position: Operations Associate – Order Management

Location: Chennai

Married Female candidates will be preferred.

Salary: Minimum 20 K PM to maximum 25 K PM based on candidates experience.

Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Daily Operation coordination with vendors and logistics team,

Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Associate – Order Management to handle order processing and day-to-day operational coordination using the company's ERP system. The role involves coordinating with customers, procurement (suppliers) & logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely quoting & order execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Receive, verify and process customer’s RFQs.

· Enter and update RFQs, other order details in the ERP system.

· Prepare and maintain Quotations, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices.

· Track order status, pending orders and delivery schedules from confirmation to final delivery.

· Coordinate with customers, procurement and logistics teams for costs, clarifications, material dispatch and delivery.

· Ensure accuracy of item details, quantities, rates and customer information in ERP.

· Maintain proper operational records and supporting documents.

· Prepare basic daily/weekly order and operations reports.

· Escalate delays, discrepancies and urgent requirements to the reporting manager.

· Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Skills

· Any Bachelor's degree; Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce or related qualification preferred.

· 0–2 years of experience in Operations, Order Management, Logistics or Shipping.

· Experience in using ERP software for order processing and operations will be preferred.

· Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

· Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

· Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

· Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.

· Knowledge of marine/ship supply operations will be an added advantage.
