Job Description
Role
Manage daily PG operations across Vikistays properties, support admissions, maintain accurate payment records and ensure responsive resident service.
Responsibilities
Handle enquiries, arrange property visits and follow up on admissions.
Maintain occupancy records, room allocations, check-ins and check-outs.
Track rent, deposits, outstanding payments and receipts.
Coordinate housekeeping, food service and maintenance.
Address resident complaints and follow up until closure.
Submit daily reports on enquiries, occupancy, collections and pending actions.
Candidate requirements
Preferably 2–4 years’ experience in PG, hostel, hotel, serviced-apartment or facility operations.
Fluent Tamil and working English; additional languages are an advantage.
Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong communication, recordkeeping and coordination skills.
Willingness to visit multiple nearby properties; two-wheeler preferred.
