Pantry Boy / Tea Maker – Roles & Responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve Tea, Coffee, and other beverages for employees, visitors, and management.

2. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, kitchen area, utensils, and appliances.

3. Ensure regular availability of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, drinking water, snacks, and other pantry supplies

4. Check pantry stock regularly and inform the concerned person when supplies need to be replenished.

5. Wash and maintain cups, glasses, plates, spoons, and other utensils.

6. Keep the office water dispensers, coffee/tea machines, refrigerator, microwave, and other pantry equipment clean and ready for use.

7. Serve beverages and refreshments during meetings, conferences, and office events

8. Assist in arranging meeting rooms and refreshments before meetings.

9. Dispose of waste properly and maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene standards.

10. Follow basic food safety and hygiene practices while preparing and serving beverages.

11. Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing pantry and housekeeping supplies.

12. Support other basic office housekeeping requirements when required.

13. Report any damaged equipment, leakage, shortage of supplies, or maintenance issues to the concerned person.

14. Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional attitude while interacting with employees and visitors.

15. Perform any other pantry-related duties assigned by the Office Admin / HR / Management.

### Preferred Requirements

* Previous experience as a Pantry Boy, Tea Maker, Office Boy, or similar role will be an advantage.

* Basic knowledge of tea/coffee preparation and pantry hygiene.

* Good personal hygiene and cleanliness.

* Punctual, reliable, and responsible.

* Ability to communicate politely with employees and visitors.

* Willingness to assist with general office support activities.
