To provide exceptional customer service to walk-in customers, deepen existing customer relationships, cross-sell banking products, and support branch business objectives while ensuring high standards of customer experience and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and service walk-in customers visiting the branch.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
- Cross-sell products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by the branch.
- Handle customer queries, service requests, and complaints effectively.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines.
- Process account opening and customer documentation accurately.
- Support branch operations and ensure smooth customer servicing.
- Generate leads and refer opportunities for other banking products.
