Job Description

Coordinate with companies for placement opportunities and recruitment drives.

Build and maintain relationships with HR teams and recruiters.

Identify suitable job opportunities for students/candidates.

Coordinate interviews, written tests, and recruitment drives.

Communicate job details, interview schedules, and requirements to candidates.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on company requirements.

Maintain candidate databases, placement records, and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates and companies regarding interview and joining status.

Prepare regular placement reports and updates.

Support candidates with interview preparation and career guidance.
