Planning And Billing Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Billing and Planning Engineer to manage billing, estimation, planning, and cost control for our fast-paced Commercial Fit-Out and Construction Projects, including Offices, Retail Stores, Showrooms, Restaurants, Cafes, Hospitals, Banks, and Commercial Complexes.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed BOQs and estimations from drawings, 3D designs, and site measurements, preparing milestone-wise client billing, verifying contractor and vendor bills, and ensuring timely payment follow-ups. The role also involves preparing fast-track master schedules and micro-level day-wise plans using MS Project and MS Excel to ensure every project is handed over on the committed opening date.

The candidate will closely coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Interior Designers, Architects, MEP Consultants, Vendors, and Clients to track daily progress, prepare DPR / WPR reports, monitor material procurement, control project cost, and manage variations and extra item claims arising due to design changes. He / She will also be responsible for handling mall permissions, NOCs, material entry, night-shift planning, and maintaining complete project documentation including measurement sheets, BOQs, approvals, snag lists, and handover files.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of commercial fit-out items like civil work, carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, glass work, MS fabrication, painting, branding, signage, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting. He / She should have excellent command over MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and strong skills in rate analysis, quantity measurement, vendor comparison, and budget tracking.

We are looking for someone who can work under pressure, manage multiple commercial sites at the same time, maintain accuracy in billing, and ensure zero delay in project handover while maintaining quality and profitability.
