Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly inspect plots and layout sites.
- Ensure plot cleaning, grass cutting, bush removal, and general maintenance.
- Coordinate road, drainage, fencing, landscaping, and other development works.
- Supervise contractors, workers, and site labourers.
- Monitor the quality and progress of development work.
- Identify and report site issues such as water stagnation, damaged roads, encroachment, or maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate electricity, water, streetlight, and other basic infrastructure requirements.
- Maintain records of site activities, expenses, materials, and completed works.
- Take photographs and provide regular site updates to management.
- Ensure the site is presentable and ready for customer visits and plot handovers.
