Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with prospective customers to understand their business and technical requirements.
  • Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing product and solution expertise.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and responses to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to design customer-specific solutions.
  • Respond to customer queries and provide technical or functional clarifications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer requirements and pre-sales activities.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support sales strategies.
  • Participate in customer meetings, webinars, and proof-of-concept (POC) discussions.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of projects from the sales team to the implementation team.
