Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
* Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
* Explain project details, location, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
* Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
* Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
* Generate qualified leads and convert enquiries into site visits.
* Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
* Coordinate with sales executives for smooth customer handover.
* Achieve monthly lead, site-visit, and conversion targets.
* Build good relationships with prospective customers and provide timely updates.
