Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Lead with strong product-management discipline to lead a software delivery team responsible for enterprise application modernization, cloud transformation, security improvements, and AI-enabled delivery built with modern technologies including Angular, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, cloud platforms. This role blends execution leadership with product-driven behaviors: customer discovery, outcome-based prioritization, roadmap thinking, value realization, and cross-functional alignment across business, architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and vendor partners.

The ideal candidate is a servant leader who can translate business needs into measurable product outcomes, manage delivery commitments and investment tradeoffs, strengthen Agile execution, and drive responsible adoption of Agentic AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, and AI-assisted software development practices.

Product-Driven Project & Delivery Leadership

• Lead multiple enterprise software development initiatives through strategy, discovery, planning, delivery, deployment, adoption, and post-production support.

• Connect delivery work to clearly defined business outcomes, customer value, adoption targets, operational metrics, and measurable benefits.

• Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical leaders to shape roadmaps, define milestones, prioritize work, and communicate tradeoffs.

• Drive Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, dependency management, risk management, and continuous improvement.

• Establish disciplined governance, transparent reporting, executive-level communications, and clear escalation paths for risks, issues, funding, scope, and resource constraints.

• Ensure delivery commitments are managed within agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, security, and compliance expectations.

Customer, Stakeholder & Business Alignment

• Develop a deep understanding of user needs, business processes, engineering workflows, and operational pain points.

• Facilitate discovery workshops, requirement clarification, prioritization discussions, and alignment sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Translate complex technical decisions into clear business implications for leadership and business partners.

• Build strong relationships across Product Development, IT, architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, finance, procurement, and vendor teams.

• Use data, feedback, and stakeholder input to improve product adoption, usability, supportability, and business value realization.

Team Leadership & People Development

• Supervise, mentor, and develop software developers, technical leads, analysts, and contractors.

• Create a high-performing, collaborative team culture grounded in accountability, inclusion, learning, and continuous improvement.

• Balance resource allocation, workload management, delivery capacity, and career development needs.

• Promote modern engineering practices including DevSecOps, CI/CD, test automation, secure coding, observability, reusable services, and operational excellence.

• Model servant leadership by removing impediments, enabling decision-making, and helping teams deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes.

AI & Digital Transformation Leadership

• Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply Agentic AI, Generative AI, intelligent workflow automation, and AI-assisted development to improve productivity, quality, speed, and decision-making.

• Partner with technical teams to define AI use cases, delivery roadmaps, pilots, success metrics, and scaling plans.

• Drive responsible AI practices including governance, security, privacy, model risk awareness, human oversight, and measurable value realization.

• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and recommend pragmatic solutions aligned to enterprise standards, business priorities, and user adoption needs.

• Champion knowledge sharing and change management to help teams adopt new AI-enabled ways of working.

Technical Program Oversight

• Oversee delivery involving Angular applications, Java/Spring Boot services, RESTful APIs, cloud deployments, application modernization, security remediation, integration patterns, production support, and operational reliability.

• Collaborate with architects and technical leads to align solutions with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data, integration, cloud, and platform strategies.

• Manage technical debt, modernization priorities, support risks, and non-functional requirements including performance, resiliency, scalability, supportability, and security.

• Support vendor engagement, contract planning, budget forecasting, license considerations, and delivery accountability where applicable.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, Product Owner/Product Manager certification, or equivalent certification preferred.

Experience

• 8+ years of IT experience with progressively increasing delivery, leadership, or product responsibility.

• 5+ years managing software development teams, technical projects, Agile teams, or enterprise application delivery initiatives.

• Proven experience leading Agile product or project teams in a product-driven or platform-oriented IT organization.

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications, cloud-based solutions, application modernization, security remediation, and production support improvements.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, portfolio planning, budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and value-based prioritization.

• Demonstrated ability to define delivery outcomes, measure progress, communicate risk, manage dependencies, and lead through ambiguity.

Leadership & Product Management Capabilities

• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, storytelling, and influence skills.

• Ability to translate business needs into product roadmaps, delivery plans, prioritized backlogs, and measurable success criteria.

• Demonstrated strength in customer discovery, requirements shaping, tradeoff management, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

• Experience leading organizational change, adoption, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels, from roadmap discussions to sprint-level delivery details.

Agentic AI / AI Experience

• Experience leading or delivering Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, intelligent automation, or AI-assisted software engineering initiatives.

• Understanding of AI governance, security, ethics, human oversight, data considerations, and implementation challenges.

• Ability to translate business opportunities into AI delivery roadmaps, pilot plans, adoption strategies, and measurable outcomes.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled development tools, prompt patterns, workflow automation, knowledge retrieval, or autonomous-agent concepts preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform, SIMULIA, CAE, engineering simulation, or Product Development systems.

• Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, product development, digital engineering, PLM, CAD, CAE, or virtual manufacturing organizations.

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other public cloud environments.

• Understanding of modern CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability, API management, data integration, and application modernization practices.

• Experience with product operations, value-stream management, adoption metrics, OKRs, KPI dashboards, or portfolio governance.
