Job Description
Position: Production Associate / Production Trainee / Operator
Location: Mahindra World City (MWC), Chengalpattu, Chennai
Department: Production / Manufacturing
- Job ResponsibilitiesWork on production and assembly operations.
- Operate and monitor production machines and equipment.
- Assemble automotive components as per work instructions.
- Perform basic quality inspection of components and finished products.
- Follow safety procedures, SOPs and quality standards.
- Maintain 5S, housekeeping and workplace discipline.
- Achieve daily production and quality targets.
- Report defects, machine issues and abnormalities to supervisors.
- Work effectively with the production team.
- Eligibility10th / 12th Pass
- ITI
- Diploma
- B.E. / B.Tech
- Any Degree / Arts & Science Graduates
