Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and implementing comprehensive project management tasks for assigned programs or contracted services. This role requires coordinating activities within a globally distributed delivery framework, ensuring seamless execution from initiation through completion. The practitioner actively monitors project progress, aligns resources, and facilitates communication across various stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards. They play a pivotal role in managing the complexities of global collaboration, adapting to dynamic project needs, and driving successful delivery outcomes through meticulous planning and control.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.
- Monitor project deliverables and timelines, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to maintain project health.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment to enhance team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Concur.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies applicable to global delivery models.
- Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and geographic locations.
- Capability to identify challenges early and implement practical solutions to maintain project momentum.
