Project Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support and coordinate project activities between management, project teams, site teams, purchase, and other departments.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with site and project teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and project activities.
• Follow up on material requirements, purchase, deliveries, and pending items.
• Coordinate with purchase and stores teams for timely material availability.
• Maintain project reports, trackers, schedules, and documentation.
• Follow up with Senior Project Managers on project priorities.
• Track project timelines and highlight delays or issues.
• Coordinate project meetings and follow up on action items.
• Ensure proper communication between management, site, purchase, and project teams.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and pending activities.
