Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end construction project execution across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within the approved scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards while maintaining strong coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, planning capabilities, and the ability to resolve on-site challenges effectively.

• Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & ExecutionTake complete ownership of end-to-end project execution across multiple sites, from mobilization to final handover.
• Ensure timely project delivery within defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality parameters.
• Prepare detailed execution plans, weekly schedules, and resource deployment strategies.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks.
• 2. Site Operations & SupervisionSupervise all site activities in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and safety guidelines.
• Ensure smooth coordination between engineering, procurement, contractors, and site execution teams.
• Monitor workforce, equipment, and material utilization to maximize productivity.
• 3. Quality Control & AssuranceMaintain high standards of quality throughout project execution.
• Inspect materials, workmanship, testing procedures, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with approved quality standards and project specifications.
• 4. Stakeholder & Contractor ManagementCoordinate effectively with clients, consultants, PMCs, architects, structural consultants, and subcontractors.
• Facilitate timely approvals, technical clarifications, and smooth project communication.
• Manage subcontractors, labour teams, and vendors to ensure efficient execution.
• 5. Cost & Resource ManagementOptimize manpower, materials, machinery, and other project resources.
• Maintain cost efficiency while ensuring productivity and timely completion.
• Monitor project requirements and support effective budget management.
• 6. Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate daily progress reports and site records.
• Manage measurement books, billing support documents, material reconciliation, and project documentation.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, challenges, and resource requirements.
• 7. Technical Problem-SolvingIdentify technical challenges and execution-related issues at site.
• Recommend practical and cost-effective engineering solutions.
• Escalate critical concerns promptly to the appropriate stakeholders.
• 8. Safety & ComplianceEnsure strict compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and environmental standards.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all project sites.
• Conduct regular monitoring of site safety practices and compliance.
• 9. Project Closure & HandoverLead project close-out activities, including snag rectification, final measurements, and documentation.
• Ensure all pending works are completed as per client expectations.
• Coordinate successful project handover to the client within the agreed timeline.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in construction project management and multi-site execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Excellent project planning, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project reporting, documentation, and resource management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
