Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute commercial and industrial HVAC projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Supervise HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower planning, and material requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per specifications.
• Review HVAC drawings, BOQ, specifications, and technical documents.
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, Technicians, and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper material planning, procurement, and availability at site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Track project costs, variations, measurements, and client requirements.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, project updates, and site documentation.
• Handle client meetings and provide regular updates on project status.
• Coordinate testing & commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, project specifications, and applicable HVAC standards.
