Project Supervisor

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor contractors, subcontractors, masons, carpenters, plumbers, painters, electricians, and other workers.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Check the quality of materials and workmanship used at the site.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Branch Heads, vendors, contractors, and other departments.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate project updates to management.
• Verify measurements of completed work for contractor bills and payment certification.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate timely procurement and delivery.
• Ensure proper utilization and control of construction materials.
• Identify delays, defects, and site issues and take corrective action in coordination with management.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the project site.
• Ensure contractors follow company safety rules and statutory requirements.
• Supervise civil works including flooring, plastering, masonry, waterproofing, painting, false ceiling, drainage, tiling, and related activities.
• Inspect completed work and prepare snag lists where required.
• Coordinate rectification of defects before project handover.
• Maintain project-related records, measurements, photographs, bills, and completion documents.
• Support new restaurant openings, renovation projects, and branch modification works.
• Carry out regular inspection of existing restaurant premises and report civil maintenance requirements.
• Required QualificationsDiploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in civil construction, commercial projects, hotel/restaurant projects, or building maintenance.
• Good knowledge of civil construction practices and materials.
• Ability to read basic civil drawings and understand measurements.
• Good contractor and workforce management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and project documentation.

Experience3–7 years of relevant experience preferred, particularly in commercial buildings, hotels, restaurants, retail outlets, or fit-out projects.
