Job description:

Primary objective: Convert enquiries into technically correct, commercially competitive quotations.

Responsibilities:

  • Study RFQs, BOQs and technical specifications
  • Select suitable Grundfos pump models in coordination with the technical team
  • Prepare technical/commercial offers
  • Prepare compliance statements and deviations
  • Prepare pump datasheets, curves, GA drawings and technical documents
  • Coordinate with Grundfos for technical clarification
  • Compare customer specifications with proposed equipment
  • Prepare costing and margins
  • Support sales during technical discussions
  • Maintain standard proposal templates and product database

Experience: ~1–4 years.
