Job Description
Role Overview
Responsible for auditing sales and customer support activities to ensure data accuracy, policy compliance, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit sales reports and identify errors or discrepancies.
- Monitor customer support calls, chats, and tickets for quality.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
- Identify recurring issues, process gaps, and compliance violations.
- Share audit findings and improvement feedback with RMs and CSEs.
- Prepare regular audit reports and suggest process improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer support processes.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify errors and maintain accurate records.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in sales auditing, quality assurance, or customer support monitoring
