Job Description
• Digitise logos, images, quilting patterns and custom designs from references provided.
• Convert designs into accurate, machine-ready embroidery/quilting files.
• Develop new quilting patterns based on photographs, drawings or design references.
• Set stitch type, density, spacing, sequence and thread paths to achieve the required finish.
• Independently set up and operate industrial embroidery and quilting machines.
• Conduct sample trials and make corrections before final production.
• Ensure accurate positioning, alignment and consistency of embroidery and quilting.
• Adjust machine settings according to different materials and design requirements.
• Troubleshoot stitching, digitising and basic machine-related issues.
• Maintain consistent production quality.
• Carry out basic machine maintenance and keep the equipment in good working condition.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams for new product development.
