Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify land documents, title deeds, patta, chitta, EC (Encumbrance Certificate), and other property records.
- Check land ownership and ensure the property has a clear legal title.
- Handle legal documentation for land purchases, sales, and property registrations.
- Coordinate with government offices, registration offices, advocates, and surveyors.
- Provide legal advice on property disputes and land-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations.
- Prepare and review sale agreements, sale deeds, and other legal documents.
- Support the company during property registration and other legal procedures.
