Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet customers professionally upon arrival.
  • Attend incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate sales executives or departments.
  • Maintain visitor records and manage front-office activities.
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, and other departments.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide basic showroom information.
  • Maintain the reception area neatly and professionally.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks and maintain records.
