Job Description
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential new customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Customer Engagement: Present products or services, emphasizing how they solve customer problems and providing detailed product knowledge.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and continued sales.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including preparing sales proposals and reports.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and understand competitor products.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate prices and terms with customers to secure sales agreements.
- Reporting and Administration: Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software and submit regular sales reports to management.
