Position: Relationship Manager (RM)
Role: School Loan / Education Finance – Field Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit private schools and meet school owners/management.
- Promote school loan products and generate leads.
- Build relationships with school management.
- Collect KYC documents and coordinate loan processing.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate.
- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
- NBFC / Banking / Home Loan / LAP experience preferred.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- Comfortable with field sales and travel.
Salary: As per company norms + Incentives + Travel Allowance.
Location: Chennai / Assigned Territory.
