Relationship Manager - LAP_Loan Against Property_0412_0461_1050639
- Responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients seeking Loan Against Property (LAP) products. - Act as a key point of contact for customers, understanding their financial needs and offering suitable LAP solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursal of loans. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LAP products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines. - Drive business growth by identifying new LAP prospects and cross-selling related financial products. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while managing client portfolios. - Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention. - Work closely with credit and risk teams to assess loan eligibility and documentation. - Monitor loan accounts and follow up on repayments and renewals. - Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on LAP portfolio performance.Job role
