Job Description
- Sales Executive – Personal LoanGenerate Personal Loan leads through various customer engagement and sales activities.
- Attend and assist walk-in customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Identify customers who are interested in Personal Loans and explain suitable loan offers, features, and benefits.
- Collect the required customer documents and ensure timely completion of the loan application process.
- Follow up with customers throughout the loan processing and disbursement journey.
- Contact mapped customers available at the branch who have pre-approved Personal Loan offers and explain the offer details.
- Convert eligible customers into Personal Loan applications through effective sales and customer relationship management.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and customers to maximize conversion and disbursement opportunities.
- Achieve assigned Personal Loan sales and disbursement targets within the stipulated timelines.
- Ensure all sales and documentation activities are completed in accordance with bank policies and process guidelines.
