We are a pure vegetarian South Indian breakfast QSR located in Besant Nagar, Chennai. We are looking to recruit suitable candidates for our kitchen operations.

Job Details:

• Position: Cook / Kitchen Helper
• Location: Besant Nagar, Chennai
• Experience: Fresher / Experienced
• Employment: Full-time
• Joining: Immediate preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation and assistance in South Indian breakfast items such as Idli, Dosa, Vada, Pongal and Kichadi.
• Preparation of Sambar, Chutneys and other accompaniments.
• Vegetable cleaning, cutting and other basic kitchen preparation.
• Assisting with batter preparation and daily kitchen activities.
• Maintaining food quality, taste and portion consistency.
• Assisting in food packing and parcel orders.
• Washing utensils and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
• Proper handling and storage of raw materials.
• Following food safety, hygiene and kitchen SOPs.
• Coordinating with other kitchen team members.
