Job Role: Retail Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates for a Retail Sales Executive position in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to customers and achieve daily sales targets.
Suggest outfits and provide styling recommendations.
Maintain stock availability and replenish merchandise.
Manage fitting rooms and assist customers with sizes.
Maintain store displays, folding, and product arrangement.
Handle billing, cash, digital payments, and returns.
Qualification & Requirements:
Minimum 1+ year of retail sales experience preferred.
Experience with fashion brands such as Zara, H&M, Max, or Trends is an advantage.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Interest in fashion trends and styling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and late shifts.
Experience: 1+ year preferred
