Sales Coordinator – Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and follow up on customer orders.
  • Check PO and order details.
  • Coordinate with Production, Accounts and Dispatch teams.
  • Follow up on pending payments and deliveries.
  • Maintain sales and customer records.
  • Update management on order and sales status.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints.
  • Collect customer feedback after delivery.
