Sales Coordinator

Aqua Pure Plus is hiring an energetic, result-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage customer enquiries, coordinate with the field sales team and support business growth.

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities and a passion for achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, Facebook and other lead sources.
• Contact new leads within 5 minutes and understand customer requirements.
• Schedule and confirm customer site visits for Sales Managers.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, appointments and pending orders.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to improve sales conversions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and daily follow-up records in CRM.
• Generate new leads through customer calls, referrals and database follow-ups.
• Coordinate with customers for order confirmation and advance payments.
• Prepare daily sales reports and update management on lead status.
• Maintain professional customer relationships and provide excellent customer support.
• Daily Performance Targets10 customer leads handled per day.
• 5 new leads generated per day.
• Ensure timely follow-up of all assigned enquiries.
• Coordinate and confirm site visits for the Sales Team.
• Update CRM and daily reports without pending tasks.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Telecalling, Inside Sales or Customer Support preferred.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel and CRM familiarity.
• Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented, organized and self-motivated.
• Experience in water treatment, home appliances or related industries is an added advantage.
