Job Description

·       

Enter new customer

details in the lead entry in sales application from calls, texts, WhatsApp,

website enquiries, emails, and sales heads.

·       Preparation of quotations and Proforma Invoices (PIs) for new customers shared by the sales team.

·       Maintaining and updating dashboards to track orders and activities.

·       Processing and submitting order forms upon receipt of customer payments.

·       Participating in scheduled meetings with internal teams.

·       Tracking and updating customer follow-ups.

·       Coordinating all official communication via email and WhatsApp.

·
