Sales Coordinator - Hindi Speaking

Any Graduate - Good in Hindi and English Speaking, writing and reading.

Good in Computer skills - Excel, word, ppt, email.

Location in and around Ambattur

Enquiry Intake & Logging: Capture incoming customer and distributor queries from email, phone, or web chats, and log them accurately into the CRM or enquiry tracker.

Information Dissemination: Share product catalogs, price lists, specification sheets, and relevant images back with the prospective client or partner.

Costing & Quotation Preparation: Calculate accurate product configurations, pricing, and freight terms to draft official Quotations and Proforma Invoices (PI).

Internal Routing & Assignment: Forward qualified leads or complex requirements to the appropriate field sales representatives or Regional Sales Managers

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in achieving their goals by coordinating sales activities and providing necessary resources.
• Order Processing: Handle the processing of sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing concerns and providing after-sales support.
• Data Management: Maintain organized records of sales data, reports, and customer interactions, ensuring data integrity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, production) to align sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: Generate reports on sales performance and provide insights to management for decision-making.
