Job Description

Real Estate Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing activities for real estate projects.
  • Promote projects through social media, online platforms, and other marketing channels.
  • Generate leads and coordinate with the sales team for follow-up.
  • Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and project details.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and channel partners when required.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain records of leads, enquiries, and marketing activities.
  • Support the sales team in achieving project sales targets.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide basic project information.
  • Participate in property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
