Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate leads, identify potential clients, and convert opportunities into sales.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support.
· Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
· Provide technical guidance to clients and offer tailored solutions based on customer needs.
· Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, inquiries, and quotes.
· Resolve customer complaints or issues related to products and services in a timely and professional manner.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
· Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and market conditions.
