Job Summary

The Electric Vehicle (EV) Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling electric vehicles, understanding customer needs, explaining EV technology and features, arranging test drives, and ensuring a smooth sales experience from enquiry to vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

·      Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.

·      Explain EV features, technology, battery performance, charging options, range, and benefits.

·      Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

·      Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, and field visits.

·      Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

·      Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.

·      Assist customers with finance, insurance, exchange, and registration processes.

·      Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, deliveries, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

·      Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery.

·      Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.

·      Stay updated on competitor products, EV market trends, and government incentives.
