Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our Sales/CRM team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining Zorrofit's consultation services, following up with leads, and converting qualified leads into customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers through outbound calls and handle incoming enquiries when required.

Understand customer requirements and identify suitable Zorrofit services.

Explain Zorrofit's consultation programs clearly and professionally.

Follow up with interested and prospective customers through calls and other approved communication channels.

Convert leads into customers and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, customer requirements, and sales status in the CRM.

Handle customer objections and provide appropriate information to support the sales process.

Coordinate with Team Leaders, Nutritionists, and other relevant departments when required.

Ensure timely follow-up on pending leads and enquiries.

Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

Follow company policies, sales processes, and reporting procedures.

Achieve daily call, follow-up, conversion, and revenue targets assigned by the reporting manager.

Candidate RequirementsAny Bachelor's degree / Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication skills in English and Tamil.

Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Customer-focused and positive attitude.

Willingness to work with sales targets.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
