Role Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and driving apartment sales activities in Chennai. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and supporting the sales process through effective follow-ups and customer interactions.

KRA: Task / Activities

• Drive sales activities for residential apartments.
• Identify and engage with prospective customers to understand their property requirements.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to support sales conversions.
• Handle customer interactions throughout the sales process.
• Manage apartment sales activities across Chennai.

KPI: Performance Metrics

• Achieve sales targets of 2 apartments per month.
• Convert 100% of leads with a 5% successful sales conversion target. .
• Maintain overall sales performance across the assigned location.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in apartment sales.
• Strong customer interaction and relationship management skills.
• Good sales follow-up and conversion skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and respond to customer requirements.
