Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the real estate sales team.
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads through various marketing and sales activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers and support the team in closing deals.
- Conduct property/project presentations and site visits.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, Legal, and other departments for smooth sales processing.
- Track bookings, payments, agreements, and registration-related activities.
- Train and guide sales executives to improve their performance.
- Handle customer queries and support the team in resolving sales-related issues.
- Ensure company sales policies and procedures are followed.
