Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead the real estate sales team, drive revenue growth, manage leads, and achieve monthly sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, customer conversion, site visits, and overall sales operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Allocate and monitor leads among team members.
- Track daily calls, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings.
- Conduct daily and weekly performance reviews.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance.
- Guide the team in customer handling and lead conversion.
- Support team members during important customer meetings and negotiations.
- Coordinate and monitor site visits.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and booking performance.
- Train new team members on sales processes and project knowledge.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and support the team in closing deals.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
