Job Description
An insurance sales manager leads a team of insurance sales agents, sets sales goals, and ensures those goals are met. They also promote insurance products and services, and manage the sales policies.
Responsibilities
Recruit and train: Hire, train, and retain sales staff
Set goals: Establish sales goals and ensure they are met
Manage policies: Manage sales policies and oversee the sales team's operations
Analyze data: Analyze data to make informed decisions
Develop training: Develop training programs for sales representatives
Promote products: Promote insurance products and services in the area
Develop skills: Help develop the skills of the sales team
Assign territories: Assign sales territories
Skills Experience in the insurance field, Leadership skills, and Communication skills.
